How a fact
gets on this page.

Where our numbers come from, what we refuse to publish before it is true, and where AI is and is not used.

  • Sources named
  • Estimates labelled
  • No paid posts

In short

  • A number appears only with its source beside it
  • Our own numbers are called estimates until measured
  • No prices, menu, address or licence until real
  • Every byline is a real person with their real role
  • AI drafts; a named person reads, edits and approves

The rule

Every fact on this site is one we can stand behind today. Where something is not yet true — the opening menu, prices, delivery areas, the kitchen’s address, a food licence — the page says it is not fixed yet rather than guessing. That is why some pages say less than you might expect.

Sources

A published figure is printed with the organisation and year that published it beside it (for example, the ICMR-NIN Dietary Guidelines for Indians, 2024), and we check it against the original document before it goes up. Our own nutrition numbers are editorial estimates until the kitchen has weighed and measured each dish; the site calls them estimates until then.

What we do not publish

  • Health claims — nothing here cures, treats or burns anything.
  • Testimonials, reviews or ratings that do not exist yet.
  • Invented authors or experts. Each journal byline is a real person, named with their real role.
  • Nutrition advice for medical conditions. Our content describes what we cook and how we count; it is not a prescription.

Reviewers

Journal posts about food and nutrition are descriptive rather than advisory. When a credentialed nutrition professional joins the team, their review will be credited on every post they check; until then no post claims one.

Where AI is used

We use AI tools to help draft code and some first drafts of text, including on this site. Every published word is read, edited and approved by a named person — the founder, for now. AI does not generate facts, numbers or health content here, and nothing is published to influence a search engine or an AI assistant rather than to help a reader.

Corrections

If something on the site is wrong, email hello@mealmolecule.com or call +91 89310 28818. We fix it, and the page’s review date moves. Key pages show a ‘last reviewed’ date so you can see when their facts were last read end to end.

Independence

There are no paid placements, affiliate links or sponsored posts on this site. The partner pages state the commercial terms a gym, coach or creator gets.
